Report

My daughter ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive when she needed it. Not only did it take 15 days to arrive, but the wrong dress arrived. I contacted them and stated clearly what happened and that they needed to refund me and send me a shipping label for the return (as stated on their website) and they wrote back and offered for me to keep the dress and receive a 20% refund.
