Scammer kept sending product I ordered to wrong address twice. They had my correct address and I have emails to back up all correspondence. I asked for a refund. For three months they have continually made excuses as why they could not refund me my money.

They keep saying they need to wait for returned product that was sent to the wrong address twice, get back to their warehouse. This has been going on all summer. It should not take three months for the item they had sent to a wrong address be returned to them.

This was their mistake in not addressing the item properly.
