Vivid Impressions Photography took my family pictures on 10/20. I paid her $200 via Venmo. She took my family pictures 10/20, promised them by 11/18 for Christmas cards and she kept coming up with excuses as to why she didn’t have them ready. She told me she would give them to me tomorrow, twice, and now no response since 12/28. She has blocked me on FB, Instagram and I requested a refund from her through Venmo and she blocked me there as well.
