bought a blood pressure online via Vital Track's online store. I did not particularly like their product and did return it. Heard back with instructions of return (I paid it to be returned $18.71) but never received a refund

Exactly as previous buyer stated: no product received, no tracking number or confirmation. Credit card charged the day of purchase. All attempts at contacting the company were failures, including their CHAT with a service representative which asked for more money.

Searched internet research top name blood pressure home machine and this was the highest rated No.1

Placed order online through USA company website not UK site

Tried initial order with credit card was stopped and I was contacted by credit card company that wanted to verify that I was the person placing the order as a security check

Used different bank credit card that was accepted

Order confirmed by email to personal email for delivery in 1 - 3 days

5 days later I received email asking how do I like my VitalTrack Pro blood pressure machine that arrived...it had not arrived

I went to website to track delivery and the message "No information. We seem can't identify the number." appeared

No answer from Contact us telephone call for support.

Once that I see the grammatical error in the message, I am now contacting ScamPulse.com and am calling my credit card company to identify this as a fraud purchase.
