This scam from VitalComplexion.com has targeted numerous individuals, primarily older, wherein they purchase a single, smaller item. Normally around $13. Then, they are sent over $250 worth of merchandise, which they of course return, and the company then refuses to refund the returned merchandise (in spite of its fraudulent nature and stated return policy)
