I was ordering a death certificate for my father. I go to their site and input the information. I make the payment and was told that my case will be reviewed within 72hrs. Every other day a man named David would ask for more information because he said something was missing. Every other day I would get an email. I would reply but still no email saying my order had been shipped. I made my payment on March 24th. I have called daily. The phone just rings. It's currently been ringing for 12 minutes. Yesterday I called and let it ring for over an hour. I emailed David asking for an explanation and a phone call and nothing. The fastest email came when I asked for a refund and they swiftly told me I was past the 15 days. This scam company does this on purpose so that by the time you are exhausted from trying, they deny you a refund. No one should use this company ever.
