I saw an ad for Viral Hour (ViralHour.com), a coaching program, showing people how to ‘make money on-line using the tik tok shop.’ I inquired about it and the sales girl, ******** said I would make enough money to pay off the program or they guaranteed a refund. After 90 days, I only earned less than $150, although, I made at least 75 product videos, as stated in the refund policy. When I contacted the owner via [email protected], she refused to issue a refund. I believe this is is a scam because the owner has no idea how to scale a program like this. She claims to have made money off of Tik Tok but her views and sales are nowhere near the 5 figures a month that she claims. She charges three thousand dollars for the program but is not able to help any of her students pay this back. I lost $3750.
