I ordered a necklace for Valentine’s Day on 2/9/26 from Viktorias.com. The company stated that expedited shipping. I never received any tracking info. Never received a message stating my product was shipped. I never received the product. My emails to [email protected] are only responded to with an automated service. Don’t see any other contact info for this company.
