Gave the option of BlueRay or DVD and never said it was only a download and not a physical DVD

This is a total scam, stay away from this seller! It's totally a bate and switch situation where they lead you to believe you're buying a physical BlueRay or DVD, when its just a download, which is never mentioned on their site. They should be prosecuted and put out of business.

I thought I found a great deal on DVDs only to get an email with a download link which did not work! I contacted them and told I wanted to get a refund and have yet to receive it! False advertisement I thought it was actually DVDs no where on page could I see that it was a download link

I ordered what I thought would be dvds! Spent $71 on what I thought were dvds. When I did not receive these items in the mail I contacted them through email which is the only way to contact them. They emailed back saying it's all digital downloads, which they never specify! They ask you your mailing address and how you would like it shipped! This company is bull[censored]!

Led to believe you are purchasing dvds, take your money and then send email on where to download the movie. Not what is purchased. No where does it say download. Doesn't work. Their email is a robot. Cant get actual person.plus they take a second amount out of your account as a fee. Scam

I've ordered 2 sets of Harry Potter dvds. I didn't receive a receipt for a few days, but they withdrew the money out of our account immediately. After I emailed them with my concerns, I still haven't received a tracking number. I attempted to email them again, but their email (on the site) does not accept anymore emails. They have never responded to me. There is not a phone number on their website. I looked back in my email and received a receipt. I also noticed that they sent me a link to download the dvds which is highly illegal and is piracy!
