Vida luxe offers a product online but doesn’t deliver. When asked for a refund they proceed to let you know they can not give you a refund due to their website being down. Yet you go online and it’s still up and you are still able to purchase from them. When contacted again they simply said they won’t do a refund or send out the product that was purchased from them.
