Letter sent to a vulnerable adult living in a group home warning them that if they do not contact the home warranty division manager that their home warranty may have a lapse in coverage. The address listed for her home that was due to lapse was the group home that she does not own. There is no email address, address, or even company name. We did not contact the phone number listed so we are unsure what exactly they are after. This is not the first letter like this she has received. I find it disgusting that vulnerable adults are being targeted for such scams as if their identity is stolen they are highly unlikely to discover it.
