I received a letter in the mail stating that it was important for me to contact their office at 1-888-404-4504 in order to ensure there is no delay in ensuring my home warranty is covered. The letter provided my name, the address, and the bank I secured my loan through (not my current mortgage lender). The letter reads that it is the final attempt to notify me and stresses the potential cost of future home repairs. "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse in coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs....No inspection required and final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements." It is signed by Vicky Mercer (listed as Program Director) but there is no official company name on the document. It is only listed as the "Home Warranty Division."
