It is an app called VFZEOLY that is a crypto currency trading platform. At first I invested money and did a withdrawal to make sure I could withdraw money, then I invested more but after making money doing trades they did not allow me to withdraw money. When I tried again to withdraw money they froze my account asking for more money to reopen the account.
