I ordered four tote bags claiming to be quilted. One costing 29.99 and the other three 39.99. The bags are not quilted as stated but instead a picture of the quilted bag laminated onto a cheap vinal/canvas material. Inferior made. On their website they claim to guarantee the product to be high quality but are not. My experience with this company is the same as others have stated. I have been emailing back and fourth with them for weeks trying to get a return label so I can return them for a refund but without luck. They have determined for me that it is costly for me to send back and state I should donate the bags instead of returning them. Then they again state the cost to return them will cost $20 and will only give back 15% if I just keep them??? I am still waiting for the label. It also took 2 months from the date I ordered them to receive them. There excuse was they are hand made and made with great detail. The bags resemble the totes you can purchase at a local grocer for $1.99.
