Refuses to refund my money that they stole and never sent any product

I ordered 1 bottle , like a year ago and the minute $ was on my card, they took 26 for an unauthorized order, never sent the bootleg product and did it again the next month ( Dec) and again, never sent the useless product, never refunded my money and refuses to answer my 100’s of emails demanding they refund my 50+ dollars ! They should go down! What company takes peoples $, never sends the product then refuses to answer the upset customer ?

I purchased the item online from [email protected] on March 22nd and by the second week of April I began attempting to contact them through their website and didn’t receive any support. After continuously reaching out and not getting any feedback, I decided to file a dispute. Well, this is when someone named Raz Paz finally sent me an email. He said that if I would cancel the dispute, he would give me a refund and free product, he just needed me to send him the screenshot showing that I had canceled the dispute. After, that I never heard from them again and the Raz guy’s email is no longer valid as well as the email account listed on the website.

Sunless tanning drops, placed order and noticed shopping was delayed and delayed. Reached out for weeks with simple responses, backed up orders, manufacturer issues etc. Nothing was ever shipped. Then after more time of emails, a fake shipping number was made. Nothing. It’s been 58 days
