Bought 2 of the product in a bundle deal from Vaylae (vaylae.com), an online website I assumed was within the country, stating a “satisfaction guarantee” with my products. Received the products and I can’t wear them and when I offered to return them in exchange for my money back they told me that’s not something they do. They said it was a company policy to not offer refunds. So now I’m out $44.90 and stuck with two garbage bonnets that I can’t wear, use, or gift bc it is quite literally impossible for this to fit on anyone’s head. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no real help.
