I purchased $200 worth of product from this website and got a response email confirming my purchase. I got a follow up email a week later saying it was being processed and I would get an alert when it was sent out. It has now been almost 1 month and the business is not responding to my emails asking for updates on my order. I inquired About purchasing from them using the same email address listed on the website as a means of contact using a different email address I have, and they responded immediately. When I asked them why they would respond to this email and not the last 5 emails I’ve sent inquiring about my order, I haven’t gotten a response. I’ve demanded a refund or the shipment of the product I ordered and have gotten no response. After connecting with others who’ve made orders, many of them are experiencing the same thing. This is theft. And an outright scam. Avoid this website at all costs.
