Mailed a letter with bar code and an email address that included my name.

- Goshen, NY, USA

I Received a letter at my place of employment stating that I had been chosen as a Top Social Worker for "Best in Medicine's Magazine's New York edition". The web address included my name. There was no phone number or email address listed, and the letter was signed "Scarlett Shepard", dated August 15, 2025. There is no actual website, and it is clearly a scam. I did not open the web address they gave me, so I do not know if they were going to ask for money. Thank you!

- Fort Wainwright, AK, USA

Received a "Best in Medicine Top Physical Therapist" award letter sent to my place of work. The letter provided me with a QR code and web address to confirm my information. I did not go to the website or scan the code.
