I was supposed to get three machines that reads oxygen, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar. Instead I got three normal pulse ox that measures only oxygen and heart rate. And the mode button is broken on one of them. When I asked for a refund for the wrong items I was offered 10% and to leave no feedback, I declined, offered 15% I declined and said I want a full refund or the correct items, offered me 20%, again I declined and said I want a full refund or the correct items, I have since not been contacted.

I never received the product and they kept try to only offer me 35% of the price back as a refund.
