They’ve charged my account $29.99, constantly for months. Over $100 taken. Even had to change my debit card. Yet they still charged unauthorized on my account. Had to report the fraud.

Order color changing foundation 30 dollars it never arrived than they kept charging my account 30 dollars a month for the last 5 months for a total loss of 150 dollars never once received anything from them please please do not order from these ppl

I ordered a product in December 2024 for $19.99. One week later my card was charged for approximately $36. I called and they refunded the amount immediately, saying it was for a membership I never agreed to. As of March 2025, I have yet to recieve my product. Every time I call, it says it is outside of business hours. I email and the response I recieve is "If you don't have to product in a week I will send to management. I refused that as an acceptable response, and they have refused to refund me or answer my calls.

Was charged initially for $19.90 for shampoo and conditioner. Didn't realize it was a subscription. DId not receive the ordered item. Tried getting refund by contacting seller. Exchanged several emails and said will refund and also sent email of a refund but bank did not receive the said amount. And keep trying to charge my card every month. I also emailed to asked for cancellation without success.

I ordered product from this company and I haven't received it, when in contact with the company they told me to give it another week and it would arrive. I have been told this same thing 3 time now and no product or money returned.

I saw an ad on TikTok and I purchased a shampoo conditioner from them early December and it’s now February and I have not received it. I have emailed them multiple times and nobody responds to me. I’ve requested a refund and nobody responds to me.

I saw valara beauty that is advertised on Facebook always. I went on the website and ordered a shampoo and conditioner. I ordered January 16 and received January 28. When I saw package, it was small. I looked inside and it was a serum for face. Doesn't even have brand of company on it. There are so many people who were complaining in comments on Facebook that have been charged double, charged and waiting, or never have gotten the product. This company needs to be investigated immediately. It's a scam.
