"Hello. My name is Jennifer Brooks. I am calling in reference to a fax order for delivery to the address on record for (computer says my name) *** ***. This is the final attempt, please return my call as soon as possible for proper delivery of these documentation, at 1-855-277-9742 regarding this matter."
Called the number back using a caller ID spoofer. A woman answered the phone. I had to ask her several times the name of the company and her name. She finally told me the name was "UVS Pre-Litigation Services" but never gave me her name. This person Jennifer Brookes had called last year under a different name. Last year they called my employer and told them I was about to be arrested. I calmed our secretary down and send them a letter to only contact me by mail and included my bankruptcy discharge note. Yesterday they also called my daughter and harassed her

Called the number back using a caller ID spoofer. A woman (Not the original caller) answered the phone. I had to ask her several times the name of the company and her name. She finally told me the name was "UVS Pre-Litigation Services", but never gave me her name.
I asked what her company was licensed to do, and she stated they "they handled legal matters in your county before they go to court to try to settle the issue."
I then asked for a corporate name and number and she stated that "Due to the nature of our business, we do not give out that information." I told her that by law, if she is asked for corporate information, she must provide it. She stated that she "couldn't give me information she did not have."
I then asked for a supervisor and she told me that the supervisor "would tell me the exact same thing." I told her I still wanted to speak to a Supervisor.
I was placed on hold for about 30 seconds and then the call disconnected.
I called back, same woman answered. I told her she was just speaking to me and I was disconnected after asking for a supervisor. She then told me the "Supervisor was in a meeting and unavailable." I asked if all of them were in a meeting, she stated "yes."
I asked when the Supervisor would be available, she stated: "probably not until tomorrow morning."
