The ADA does not require any form of certification or registration for a service dog. Therefore this company is charging customers for a certification/registration that is not needed. This also causes new service dog handlers to receive false information on what it takes to be a service dog and how much training is needed. This puts other service animals at risk in public spaces if other service animals are not being properly trained.

The company provides FAKE "doctor's notes" for Emotional service animals for housing and such. I paid $79 to register my dog with the company and all the sudden, they needed $150 for a "doctor's" note to complete the service. These documents are fakes. The customer service was also very rude and unprofessional and disbthwir best to avoid giving me a refund. I then talked to a guy named Garreth who finally got my refund dealth with, but kept asking questions on why I wanted a refund. I waited on the phone for a "mental health specialist" for the "Doctor's letter" and finally a guy answered very unprofessionally with a "hello" like it was his phone at home. Anyway, the site is a fake. Please take it down.
