Type of a scam Government Grant
People that I spoke to on phone had a foreign accent, but understandable. They gave me a grant iD # SU689 and said it could be directly deposited into my checking or savings account. I informed them that I did not ever give out account numbers or credit card information of any unsolicited calls. They said that was not a problem that I could go to a Walmart or CVS and they could do western union transfer. However, when I reached CVS I was supposed to call them from the parking lot and that for this transfer it would cost $321.00 that would be handled by CVS. This sounded so vague and so phony. I actually googled and see that other people have also received this offer. No personal information was given to them and obviously I did not go to CVS The person to whom I spoke said his name was Wisler Bay ext. 705 at the phone number listed above.
