US Good Gear offers products to purchase and then never send it and wont reply to emails regarding the purchase

I ordered 3 shirts from US Good Gear on August 25th. I received an email shortly after stating that they would email me when my order shipped. They we're going to be Christmas presents so I didn't mind of they were backed up a little. I emailed them a month later to see when they expect it would ship. Received a generic email that they would check on it. It's now October and still haven't heard back. Did my research a little too late to discover that many people have had the same issues...no product! They just take your $ and that's it!

Ordered two shirts from them late August. After a week no response on shipping, so I emailed them. They responded stating they would be sending tracking info very soon, no email came, so I emailed again, response was it was shipped and they would be sending tracking, then a few minutes later I got an email stating my package was destroyed when something happened to the shipping companies truck and that they would reship me my items. I waited a few days and nothing. I emailed multiple times with no response. I finally filed a complaint with paypal. Paypal was given a tracking number - that tracking number showed it went to an Alpharetta address and my address is Cumming, GA. I double checked my address in the system and it is correct. So once Paypal got the tracking number they closed my complaint in favor of the company. They still won't reply to emails. I also filled out a survey with Paypal sharing how they were wrong too for not following up properly.

ordered a shirt from this company, never received item. No way to get a hold of customer service. Emails were sent and message received was that order was on it's way. Emails stopped after the 4th attempt. Contacted my bank to get a refund of merchandise not received.

August 2nd I ordered a dragonfly baseball cap. Total bill plus shipping was $29.99. Never received the product and all support e-mail attempts state item was shipped and they provide no tracking number. Over 60 days and no product and no refund. I researched the company prior to ordering and saw good reviews initially. The month after I placed my order there were hundreds of complaints.

On 8/26/18 I ordered a tshirt via the company Good Gear. The amount was taken out of my checking account and I received a confirmation email. I have yet to receive the product. I have contacted the company several times (the latest being 9/26) via email and have not received a response other than "Thanks for contacting us.We will look over your message and get back to you as soon as possible." I cannot find a phone number to call anyone on their website or via online search. When I click on the email to view my order, I get taken to the website with this message: "Our payment system is currently undergoing maintenance.Sorry for the Inconvenience. Thank you for understanding." This message has been their for over a month.

I ordered 3 shirts from US Good Gear on August 23 and as of Oct 2, I do not have the shirts. I have had some communication, but now they will not answer my emails. There is no phone number.

I ordered 2 tshirts from this company. Credit card was charged, but have yet to receive the shirts. Customer service keeps telling me it was the shipper. I have asked that my credit card be refunded, but company has yet to do this.

I placed an order through Facebook on July 19, 2018 from US Good Gear. As of today, September 21, 2018, I have not received my order. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I assumed, incorrectly, that because they accepted PayPal, they were a legitimate company. I was wrong.

I ordered a shirt from them Aug. 3 and as of October 1 I havent heard a word from them. I have started my dispute through paypal.

On July 30, 2018 I came across a Facebook add for US Good Gear showing a shirt with a song lyric that I really love. I ordered the shirt & payed with PayPal account. I did recieve an order confirmation with order # but that's all. I have emailed them only to recieve an automated response from a so called person named ' Jami Poyner". I have sent several emails only to recieve emails saying the email address is not found. Then I recieved email from 'Omega Team' supported by 'Zendesk' apologizing & saying my order is still on the way. Only to find out whoever these people are their email addresses have been disabled. Very frustrating & I hope it gets shut down quickly. Thank you

This company has no known location or phone number - do not order from them! I ordered a blanket on 8/4/18 and as of 9/21/18 I have nothing - and they do not answer any emails that I have sent...I have contacted my bank to start a dispute. I should have done more research before ordering online from an unknown company - a google search shows that this happens to a lot of people - don't fall into their trap!

My mother and I purchased two special blankets for my kids to remember my mum by. The web site guaranteed shipment within 5 days and delivery within so many weeks. Reviews that were shown on the website were good, but have since disappeared. It has been over 6 weeks and we have not received them. I have emailed Usgoodgear.com many times to just get the same automated reply, and no contact phone number is listed. We are very upset as this was a lot of money for something special.

I ordered a blanket from this company that I saw advertised on Facebook. After a month with no blanket, I reached out asking about my order. They responded that it was one of their best selling items and they had just gotten it back in stock. The email said it was on its way to me. 3 more weeks later and still no blanket nor any response to my emails asking for shipping information. The only means I have to contact them is email, and other than the response to my initial email, I have had no contact from the company.

I ordered a shirt from usgoodgear.com on August 2, 2018, and still have yet to receive my order. I've been trying to get in touch with them and no response to my messages. This so called company is a BIG JOKE and SCAM

I ordered 2 shirts from this company on July 10, 2018. I received only 1 shirt on September 14, 2018. I've sent the company several emails, since there is no phone number or address, and it said the same thing in each reply:

"We're contacting our shipping company to update your tracking number .

We'll get back to you as soon as we receive their response.

Please give us some time to solve it as we rely on shipping company's announcement.

Thanks for being our customer."

I've sent two their emails, to which there has been no response.

I purchased 2 shirts from this company @ $9.00 each for a total of $27.00 on Aug 2, 2018 @ 12:23 am. After multiple attempts to contact them about my order and only receiving automated email replies, I am now assuming this is a scam.

I ordered a Blanket over a month aho and still not gotten it. Sent email was automatic it will be shipped. Now today I hit track and said no longer exist. Goggled and see nothing but complaints.

I ordered two t-shirts from this company via Facebook on 7/24/2018. I received a confirmation and order number (29400). The confirmation stated I would receive a tracking number when the items shipped. I did not receive any further communication from them, so I sent an inquiry on 8/2/2018. I was told they contacted the shipping company and was told that the entire shipment was destroyed and they would send a tracking number as soon as they had one. I have had continued email contact with them, with no resolution. I requested a refund and was told that they were unable to refund my money since the items have shipped, however they could not provide a tracking number. They have stopped responding to my emails. I have reported them to Facebook, and I have seen a thread on Facebook of others taken advantage of by this company. My loss is small, $37.00 including shipping. Their website currently states their experiencing difficulties with their payment page. I plan to report them to my bank as well.
