Made the mistake of placing an order with US GOOD GEAR for an inexpensive t-shirt. The site did look legitimate. It had the https and also the "lock" on the website that made it appear to be legitimate. Shortly after placing my order on July 28th, I received a an e-mail saying that my order had been received and that I should expect it to be delivered in about 3-4 weeks. My credit card was charged the $14.00 for the order. At the end of August, I checked on the order and it showed it was "in process". I sent them an e-mail asking them for a better update and received a reply to please be patient, the order is in process and I should receive it shortly. A couple of days later I checked again and was no longer able to see a status. I sent them another email and rec'd an automatic message telling me someone would get back to me soon. Waited a couple days (9/3), sent them another message and rec'd another automatic message, sent them another message today threatening to report to BBB and FBI for internet fraud. I am sure an automatic message will be sent momentarily. I have now checked further online about them and saw others with the same problem and that the BBB is already aware of them. The card that had been canceled about 2 weeks after I made the original order so at least they will have no access to get more $.

Purchased a shirt that has never arrived, contacted company multiple times and it’s always a strange set of email responses that come back to me with very poorly written English...they tell me “it’s on its way”, “lost in shipping, ordered again for you”, they refuse to issue a refund because “it’s on its way”. Unable to provide a shipping tracking number when requested.

I ordered a butterfly quilt for my wife from a website advertised on Facebook called Us Good Gear. I received an email confirming my order with my order number but no tracking number. I found that to be suspicious but remained hopeful that they were an up and up company because my wife really loved that quilt. Well, I allowed several weeks and still no package, so I emailed them... eight emails latter and a total run around with excuses like "we're short staffed" "we can't for some reason reach our shipping company", I've pretty much resorted to the fact that I'll never get the quilt or a refund. They offered no contact phone number, so I've expired my options.

on July 18, 2018 while on social media via FaceBook, i came across a page named Autism Mamas. and being an actual autism mom, i was looking at all the autism awareness shirts they were advertising for $9.. and anything that has to do with autism awareness i get excited to see more. and so i saw a shirt that said autism mama bear with a picture of the bear paw colored in the autism puzzle pieces red, blue, green and yellow. i immediately looked into it and i went ahead to order it. that same day the funds for the total amount of $13.95 was charged on my card followed by an email confirming my purchase and information.. well i about one week and nothing came in. i would go into their website to track my order and it said "order in process".. then another time past on by and still same message order in process and now a date of July 29 that i would recieve my order. well its september now and i have no shirt. i have sent so many emails and i got all different answers to give it time, its been shipped, order in process, its on its way, or technical difficulties and all fro different names. i found a 1-800 number to contact and it says its not a working number. and now that i tried again to check the status, i cant, the website does not give me an option to track my order and i cant contact and that theyre working on updating their payment options. they are still advertising on social media but using different online order website. it upsets me that they are using a disability name such as Autism just to lure in people like me

I have ordered 2 shirts over a month ago and I have asked multiple times for a tracking number they keep telling me they are waiting for the places they shipped them to to send them one

I ordered a quilt from US Good Gear on 7/21/2018. According to the shipping times shown on their website, my order should've shipped by now. I have not received it. I have emailed them numerous times asking for the shipping information and the tracking number, but the only response I get is an automated response saying that they have received my message. I've done some research since I placed the order and several people are in the same situation.

This company popped up on my FACEBOOK feed. I went to their website and ordered a couple of items (a quilt & bumper sticker). They charged my credit card and almost 7 weeks later, I have nothing. They initially answered my email and said they would send me a tracking number when the item was shipped from the company, but have received nothing to date. I have sent 3 subsequent emails that have been ignored.

They sell and promote 'hobby' bedding, quilts, tshirts, bumper stickers for such hobbies as camping, horses, golf etc.

I am usually pretty good about scams, and I can say this is my first - but I wanted everyone out there to know this is a completely fraudulent company! I am hoping my credit card company will re-imburse me. Wish me luck!

I ordered a cute T-shirt on August 1. I received an email saying payment was accepted and another email would be sent when the product was ready to ship. After two weeks, I had heard nothing. I contacted the company by email and they responded saying it was in the middle of processing and would be delivered the last week of August. I checked the tracking option on their website everyday. It was “being processed”. Then on August 31 the entire website was changed and options of tracking were no longer available. I then noticed Facebook being flooded with similar complaints about this business.

Order a shirt on 7/29/18 and payment was made on 7/30/18 from my account. Never received merchandise. Emails go unanswered. FRAUD b

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a limited time discount on raglan shirts for teachers. I thought it was legit, since their website looked official, they had terms and policies, good reviews supposedly, so I ordered two shirts on August 1, 2018. The money was immediately drafted from my bank, but as of today, August 28, I have received nothing. My order status keeps showing “processing”, with a promise of an email containing tracking information as soon as it’s available, but my estimated delivery is by August 31. It has said “package handed to carrier” for 3 weeks. While researching them further today I have discovered several people who say they never received any items from this company and were even blocked from being able to contact them after they took their money.

I and several people I know ordered something from this website. We were charged that day. We received no shipping information. When we emailed and asked when it would ship they could never tell us. Then just stopped answering. No one received any merchandise or refunds.

I reported this business a few days ago, and I just found something interesting. (Ordered and paid for shirt; never received; automated responses to my email inquiries)

They are either also running the scam company commonpanda.com or they copied their Refunds website section:

They make the mistake of referencing Common Panda in their "Invalid Reasons" section.

Previously, they made the mistake of listing their email address as [email protected] (another BBB fraudulent company). They have corrected this error.

This "company" just keeps changing its name and stealing money from people!

I have purchased an t-shirt from  US Good Gear on Facebook. After waiting 2 months I have not received my item. I have sent almost 100 emails saying I wanted a refund and they have not responded. This company is a scam!!!

This company is still selling items, while people are even commenting that they are scammers. I have contacted paypal to start a dispute.

I ordered a set of blankets from US Good Gear on July 31, 2018. They charged my card and sent me verification of the order

Since that time, they have been unable and unwilling to give me any shipping information on my order. I have been given no other means but email as a way of communication and the responses are generated by robot. There is no shippers tracking number on the order, except for the order number generated at the time of purchase. There is no public listing of an address or telephone number for contacting the company.

I have reported them and disputed the CC charges at my bank. This is a scam company that will steal your money.

This "company" advertises $9 shirts on Facebook. I placed an order on July 12, and my credit card was immediately charged. This was the first red flag. I was supposed to receive this item in 2-3 weeks, so I reached out to them on July 28. I got the cookie cutter reply I've seen others complain about: "We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. As for the order, it is on the way to the destination, could you give us more time to deliver it? The tracking number will be updated as soon as we receive the shipping company's announcement. Thanks for your contact. Best regards,Stella Mary". I emailed them again a week later and was told they were "flooded with orders". I contacted them again on August 15 and received the exact email I copied above. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY STEALING MONEY FROM MANY PEOPLE!

I believe they run multiple fraudulent sites because the contact they list on their website (www.usgoodgear) is a support email for another apparel online store - American Pride Tee. ([email protected])

US GOOD GEAR has t-shirts for sale for $9.00 that they advertise on Facebook. They do not have a website listed on their Facebook. I contacted them 28 days since i placed my order and they stated my product was in transit. i followed up 2 days later which was a month of my order and they stated they were short staffed and there was a flood of orders for my idem and it was being manufactured. There are tons of complaints on there facebook site.

I ordered two t-shirts from the company and have yet to receive my products. It has been +6 weeks and when I email asking for the status of my order, they continue to respond with the same 'it's on its way to the destination'. I highly doubt I'll ever see my products and have requested a refund. I am still only receiving generic computer driven emails saying the same thing over and over.

I ordered two t-shirts from USGoodGear.com back on July 5th. They were supposed to be delivered between July 17 and August 3rd. It's August 13th and their website says that the order is still processing? I believe this is a scam - there's no phone number or address on the website and the only information I've found is here on the ScamPulse.com with other people reporting the same fraudulent activity.

I emailed them today at [email protected] letting them know that I either get my shirts in the next 5 days, or get my money back in the next 5 days (so by Saturday the 18th), or first thing on Monday August 20th I'll be contacting the BBB, and the Attorney General's Office... but considering the lack of information on their website and lack of responsiveness up until now, I feel like I shouldn't wait so here I am.

I'll be contacting my bank as well if I don't hear from them letting them know I've been scammed.
