I placed an order over two months ago. I have over 40 emails, texts, and messages sent total. They have given me about 10 tracking numbers and none of them have been valid. They took my credit card and charged me for the order and still it is missing and has never been sent. The person who responds comes up with the same name but tries to use about 4 to 5 different names as a response. I want my money back.

Ordered t-shirt and never received it. Contacted their support over a dozen times and always got the same response.

“We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

As for the order, it is on the way to the destination, could you give us more time to deliver it?

The tracking number will be updated as soon as we receive the shipping company's announcement.

Made a purchase on 7/19/18, received confirmation of order & PayPal paid $54.90. On 7/30 I emailed support for status. They responded it was in transit. I requested ship # and they advised they would send once received from shipper. On this date I saw comments of potential scam and emailed to cancel and refund money. On 8/1 they responded couldn't cancel since shipped. I again asked for tracking #. I also put claim in through PayPal. On 8/4 they provided USPS tracking number to PayPal, that was for a label that was not in the USPS system. On 8/7 the tracking number stated my package has been accepted in China and there has been no movement on the item since that date. PayPal has advised me they will refund my money if item not received by 8/19, the day after the company websites states I should receive my item. Fake company that takes money but doesn't ship orders. Over 3 weeks since I ordered, I only have a tracking number that will likely not result in a package being sent to my door.

This "company " claims to have really trendy $9 shirts on "sale." You order, give your payment info. And you never receive the merchandise. When you email they give you the run around and a bunch of excuses and they say your item will be shipped out shortly.

I and many many people ordered merchandise from us good gear and never receive anything. They have had my money for an order I planned on July 6 and nothing. They keep sending emails saying to keep checking it will be coming. I asked for a refund and no response to that. I found so many people dealing with the same thing with them. They are stealing lots of money from people through their online business!

I made a purchase, that was guaranteed delivery in two-three weeks. It has been a month and nothing. The charge was placed on my debit card the day of order. I have emailed three times to get shipment tracking information and the company responds with a message that they are investigating
