Called and asked if I wanted to renew our "Alaska Business Guide". My boss is a fan of advertising, so I figured it was a legitimate item as we do a lot of advertising. Received our "Alaska Business Guide" and it is a CD that does not work. Have tried talking to them & they keep threatening to take us to collections and call and harass us at least 3 times a week. Claim to have a recording but refuse to prove it.
