Money to fix a sudden shutdown of computer. Said they were connected with Microsoft and my license had expired. They could check the system, get rid of any virus, and check for any attempts to access computer by hackers. They reported that I had all these issues and they could clean up my system and protect it from future problems for a special lifetime fee since I was over 55. Spoke to 4 different men all with a foreign accent but common names such as Robert, Ethan, Ricky. They assuring me that they were a legitimate company. Did finally admit that they were a third party company that did work for Microsoft. A call to Microsoft after said they were not affiliated in any way.
