I had the same problem with this company. On 9/21/20 they withdrew $94.94. I called Apex and was on hold for an hour. I finally left my call back number and their agent called me back. I was told that I could not get a refund, and they would not let me speak with a supervisor.
Today this company withdrew $94.94 from my account again. I did not authorize either of these charges. I didn't receive a product for the second charge. I need my money refunded immediately.

I ordered a free 14 day supply of "Ultra Fit Keto" pills. I only had to pay shipping of $4.96. I did so on Jan 22, 2020. I recieved the pills, and on Feb7 - $94.94 was taken out of my checking account. When I called they said I was supposed to call within 14 days to cancel the subscription. This was a complete surprise to me. I didn't recieve any information that this was a subscription. I can find no information online for this company. There was no return address on the package- only a customer service # on the bottle (855)749-3438 and on the checking debit transaction - APEXTRANSFORMATIONCA (855)202-3748. Do I have any recourse on this? There was no additional product sent to me either.
