Ordered Dec 9th. Tracking has my package in mystery places. No details. No way to contact. Emails are replied to with “we are really busy” or “we will get back to you”
Almost impossible to tell if what you’re buying is coming from China. Otherwise, would not have purchased. Always an issue. Pretty sure this is a scam.

BEWARE OF THE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY! READ THE FINE PRINT! YOUR ONLY RECOURSE TO REACH A RSOLUTION IF YOU ARE SCAMMED IS THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! IN MY OPINION THIS IS A DOLLAR TREE QUALITY PRODUCT> BTW`---IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE (IT IS SILVER NOT GOLD AND IS MINISCURE (TINY) IN SIZE AND JUNK! I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE TREE THAT WOULD NOT LIGHT, LIKELY BECAUSE OF A FAULTY SWITCH THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR 30-DAY GUARANTEE FOR ANY REASON! AFTER CONTACTING THEM FIVE (5) TIMES SINCE DECEMBER 14, 2022< I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH A RESOLUTION. I HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR A RETURN SHIPMENT ADDRESS FOR THE DEFECRIVE PRODUCT. BEWARE!

Ordered items online in 4th December 2022. They were Xmas decorations. Still have not received items and it is 29th Dec, xmas has come and gone. Received a couple of emails to say it was in its way but nothing since 21st December. Very difficult to talk to them. Have sent emails with no response. Paying by afterpay have made 2 of the 4 payments. What more can I do? I’m

I ordered 2 Twinkling light trees I haven't received them yet and no responses from them at all. I'm beginning to think that I may not get those lamps. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my family.

Don't worry, they're too junky to give as gifts anyway. Scam city. Run far and fast!

Terrible experience, I bought the tree and enchanted rose as I thought it looked beautiful on the advertisements. When I received the order the packaging was in terrible condition and the tree and rose look so cheap, nothing like on the photos and looks like they are from a dollar shop. It’s made out of plastic and foil. I could‘ve done a better job myself. It is worth maybe a couple of $, certainly not the amount I was charged, so overpriced. Negative experience as well trying to contact someone for a refund, there are no responses. Please stay away from this shop, it’s a scam.

On 12/4/2022, I saw an advertisement on Facebook by TwinkleTrees for a desk lamp called the "Fairy Tree." I ordered two of them as Christmas gifts for my kids. They took payment from my account immediately but I have never received the items and it's now after Christmas. I did receive an email around 12/8/2022 telling me the products had shipped with a link to "track" your package which is utterly useless. The tracker is built on their website instead of using the actual USPS tracker. It uses vague language such as "In Transit; USPS Awaiting Item; Delivery to Local Courier; etc." but never actually tells you the actual location of the package. I've now seen complaints/reviews from other people who have not received their orders saying the tracker has showed them that their package is miraculously somewhere in the future, lol. So it's CLEARLY NOT tracking the actual package. I decided to contact them using their "Contact Us" form which is utterly useless. It gives you options for "why are you contacting us" so I chose Order and Shipment Issues. The form then REQUIRES you to fill in 15 different fields for things that don't even relate to the issue I selected. I'm guessing its a way of harvesting information. You can't even click SUBMIT before answering all of the questions. I've only received automated email responses telling me that their volume of contacts is high and that they will reach out in 1-3 days. From the other complaints I'm seeing online, I am NOT expecting to actually hear from them ever again - because pretty much all complaints say they never get back to you. In a few complaints I've read people actually have received a product but said it was total garbage. Maybe they are sending a few out to people to keep everyone from reporting them? I am seriously thinking this is a SCAM.

ordered 2 weeks ago, funds were taken from my account but still have no confirmation on shipping or an correspondence at all. there customer service page is ridiculous because it ask questions that are not related to the issue. so far not good!

I have ordered over a month ago over 100 aus dollars worth of lights. I live in Australia and still have not received my order. I have contacted the company and have only received a generated email. I will report this business to ACCC if i do not hear or receive my parcel buy the end of this week.

Item came in with box crushed, I planned to give it as a gift and this would not work being a crushed box. Tried to return it because they advertise they accept all returns, well they will accept the return BUT YOU HAVE TO MAIL IT TO AUSTRALIA despite it being shipped from USA. Mailing to Australia would cost a consumer at least $50. What a scam.

When you open the crushed small envelope style box you will be shocked. It looks like something a child made in the first grade. It looks like it’s wrapped in tin foil. The lights are bright and do not twinkle but flash harshly enough to give you a migraine. This is a scam and should be investigated. Mine was shipped from Springfield Gardens NY and they are saying it has to be returned to Australia. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Twinkling Tree on Instagram sells fairy light "lamps" for retail of $79.99 each. Images of product make it look like a table lamp that is of high quality, large, metal. All reviews attest to how great it is. I ordered two on a post Christmas sale, paying 67.99 for the pair. I was first shocked when the package arrived, about the size of a box of envelopes (both lamps were contained in box). Quality is best described as Dollar Store, plastic wrapped in actual tinfoil. Three emails to company and messages to IG were not answered. Finally, a rep emailed saying that the return policy was 30 days, please try product first. I asked for return slip and shipping address. After a week, received duplicate email as first response. After more emails, I have been told today that the only way to get full refund is to pay shipping costs to Australia ("as per refund policy"; it doesn't say that anywhere on website). Original shipping came from Jamaica, NY. I can tell by the emails I have received that if I send this junk back, it will surely be lost or damaged and twinkling tree will deny refund. I have never experienced false advertising of a product or such a obvious runaround from a company.

Please keep reporting the account on Instagram (or wherever you bought it), it the only way they will be stopped.

I'm experiencing the same problem here. I've been trying to contact this company through email because I haven't received my lamps yet and no responses from them at all. I'm beginning to think that I may not get those lamps. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my family

My experience is the same cheap dol
lar store junk.
