The products are poorly made

Their items are from Alibaba, cheaply made, and they charge triple the price for the same item in Alibaba.
They do not look like the advertised pictures. I contacted the company for a refund. They asked me to either keep them with 30 percent off or returned them to Australia and I have to pay the shipping fee myself.
Big scam!

Purchased multiple itmes like necklaces from this website. They were claiming it was 50 percent off sale for valentines making each item only $50 instead of $100. Low and behold when the items arrived they were cheap junk. So i Google the name on the box and found it was a cheap garbage item from Amazon listed for $10. Same pictures on their website that Amazon had as well. This is price gouging and is illegal. They claim to have free shipping and no questions asked 30 day return policy. But when i try to get a return address there is no communication.

There are many complaints about Twinkling Tree. Please take a look? In our case, I purchased their dual origami stand-up lights at nearly $200. On delivery, the quality of the product was not at all what I expected but we decided to give them a go anyway. They didn't work. They shorted off and on and would not stay powered on. Contacted the company. 3 days between every email. They eventually told me I needed an adaptor to use the lamp. If it needs an adaptor to work, shouldn't it come with one? Ordered the adaptor. More time goes by. Adaptor comes, we plug in the lamp. The lamp shorts out the adaptor and now won't come on at all. Twinking Tree wants more videos, want's to talk about what kind of adaptor I bought, wants to know how we put the lamp together. Still three days between each email. No way to call the company. They are going to scam me for $230, if you include the adaptor. Mind you, this lamp was ordered well before Christmas, and this is where we are months later.

This is a fraudulent operation!

This is a fraudulent operation! I will keep it simple to the facts of my specific case.
1. I ordered 4 lamps at a cost of $220.
2. It said it was delivered. But wait, it was not. I never received the package.
3. I reach out to their carrier - which is an unheard of carrier called UDS. They said it was delivered and when I asked where exactly the package was left, I had some extremely funky answer. There is no photographic proof of said delivery - this is standard practice by all delivery firms now for both customer satisfaction and insurance purposes.
4. I reach out to TwinklingTree customer support. They essentially tell me that I have to check with UDS. Now, what kind of a firm that takes your money says it is my responsibility to check with a 3rd party!?
5. I said I did, but no one can find this package, what are you going to do about it?
6. Their response is that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and no refunds or replacement is possible. Essentially they are saying that they do not guarantee delivery of the products they got paid for.
7. Furthermore to 'make it up to me', they will offer me a 70% discount on a new order. Now wait, they just said that they do not guarantee delivery! This company has the audacity to want me to give them more money when they never ever delivered the first order, and then said they are not responsible for that order!

If you run an ecommerce business, it is your responsibility to:
1. Use the right payment and order gateways
2. Use a reliable delivery partner with excellent delivery, tracking and insurance
3. Understand that non-delivery of good or services need to be factored into your business model and reparations need to be made for such exigencies.

Clearly this firm is not professionally run, has extremely low ethics and morals, has no regard for their customer base, and obviously does not care if their reputation takes a hit. I can see them just rebranding into a different name and starting this fraud all over again when things get too hot for them to handle.

AVOID BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Cheap products

I ordered 2 tree lights and a willow vine ,on 1/12/2023.The boxes came crushed in a plastic bag! The products are cheaply made and do not look like the advertised pictures. I contacted the company immediately, for a refund. They
Asked me to use them, and if I kept them, they’d give me a 50 % off. I was told that I had to return them to Australia, i than asked if I can send them to the address it was sent from, being the package was sent from New York, and I live in New York.( why would I return it to Australia?) I went to the post office, they quoted me $73 to return it, and that’s not including a bag or box charge too. I realized this was a SCAM! I contacted my credit card company, and hopefully this will be resolved, and the scammers will stop doing this to other people .

Experienced same thing. Mine was sent from CA and I live in WA, so I figure it's a warehouse. They came with small Command strips for attaching to wall with a picture that includes hooks in the image to adhere to the wall, but no hooks are included. Flimsy packaging that was crushed, and told I needed to return to Australia. Nowhere on their site do they list their "Australia HQ" address that I could find as well. My loss.

Scam

I ordered what looked like a nice led tree that is supposed to give off a soft glow. What I got was a smashed package that had led lights wrapped in silver tape. The base is hollow plastic and since the package was damaged, the tree part isn't flush with with the base. Looks nothing like the picture and am told to get a refund I have to send this item to Australia even though on the return packaging it says it is from Vernon California. I think this is trash from China and someone else said their tracking was from China. DO NOT PURCHASE

Never received my order

I ordered three weeks ago. This past Friday it showed my package had been delivered. There was nothing at my house when I arrived home from work.
I emailed twinkling tree to let them know that I never received my package. Two days later, I received an email from Alex at twinkling tree telling me that it is up to me to contact the post office to track down my order. He said since it shows delivered that there’s nothing he can do on his end and that many customers eventually track down their packages. This is unacceptable from any company. If you are the shipper, you should be locating your customers package and helping to get them their order. I did file a claim with the US post office. But that doesn’t mean they will locate or deliver my package. I feel like this is going to turn into a mess and I doubt that this scam of a company will replace or refund my order if the package is not located. I will make sure that people know how they handle business. I wish I would’ve read a lot more reviews before ordering from this place.

Never received my item they said there was an issue with the address. I asked for a refund never heard anything for 2 to 3 weeks then wasn't informed it was too late. They said they would reship my order to me but I would have to pay 50% of their original cost. Terrible company you can't talk to an actual person everything has to be email.

Website for company says it is from Australia. However items shipped from China. So I believe this company is really from China. Bought 3 Twinkling trees (light up tree lamps). Ordered Jan 2, 2023. Arrives jan 18, 2023. Very very cheaply made. Poor quality!! Especially when compare to website. I have sent message twice via their website. I have Not received a reply for either inquiry I have made. Originally saw the add on Facebook. Feel Facebook also should not allow this company to advertise on facebook

Buyer Beware!!

After seeing an appealing online ad in Facebook, I ordered a pair of Fairy Light Spirit Tree table lamps from Twinkling Tree on Nov 12, and the $68.79 charge appeared on my credit card within minutes. I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping details until after I emailed them Nov. 16.

The shipment arrived on Nov 30 from Australia. One of the lamps was missing its base with electrical connections, and both 'lamp' tops were merely tiny LED bulbs with their wires taped together with flimsy silver tape - very poorly constructed. I emailed the company to express my dissatisfaction and request either a full refund or at minimum, prompt shipment of the missing lamp base.

Since that original complaint email to them Nov 30, I have followed up five additional times by email, with no constructive response to date. It's now Jan 14, about six weeks later. The company tends to send out 2-3 automated emails after each email I send them - explaining how busy they are, overwhelmed with new orders, no time to actually read and respond to my complaint.

I am out $68 and the time it's taken to repeatedly follow up with the company, and I have a pile of junky lamp parts sitting on a shelf.

Garbage run

Looks like something from dollar store. Crushed box containing twinkling lights wrapped in aluminum foil like tape and mounted to a cheap hollow base. Beyond cheap. Origami bird lights are solid white plastic. Took over a month to receive and PayPal is not backing me. Absolute scam

Junk and Scam

Ordered 3 online with plenty of time to give as gifts, multiple contact attempts made to customer service with no response. Contacted my Credit Card company to reverse charges and report as fraud. CC company reversed charges, and all of sudden I got response saying how busy they were. Few days later the product showed up damaged and smashed. I contacted the company and said I would return to just send postage label, they said I would get 50% back and I would have to ship to Australia at my own expense. Lol, I politely declined and will just let my Credit Card company fight them.

Stay Far AWAY from this company.

Good thing they spend money on Fragile stickers and not packing material! lol what a joke this company is!

Junk

I ordered the fairy light spirit tree from Twinkle Tree which was advertised on sale for $39.99 and was originally priced at $79.99. From the pictures and the price I assumed it would be a very good quality lamp made from metal. When I received it three weeks after ordering it, I was disappointed when the box came all dented and damaged, I was further shocked when upon opening it I found it was a cheap plastic lamp wrapped in silver tape that looks like aluminum foil, with a cheap and ugly white plastic base. It looks like a kid's school art project. I also later saw online another company selling the same lamp for $6 which is what it appears to be worth. I went to the twinkle tree website and wrote a negative review which was not published, there are only five star reviews on the website. I emailed them a complaint which involved filling out many question boxes that did not relate to the issue. I have not gotten a response. It also says on their website that in order to get your money back you have to return the item and pay to have it shipped all the way back to Australia, which I am not willing to do. This company is a scam and needs to be stopped. They are selling cheap plastic/foil tree lamps for $40-$80.

I got okie doked..

Ordered Dec 9th. Tracking has my package in mystery places. No details. No way to contact. Emails are replied to with “we are really busy” or “we will get back to you”
Almost impossible to tell if what you’re buying is coming from China. Otherwise, would not have purchased. Always an issue. Pretty sure this is a scam.

BUYER BEWARE

BEWARE OF THE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY! READ THE FINE PRINT! YOUR ONLY RECOURSE TO REACH A RSOLUTION IF YOU ARE SCAMMED IS THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! IN MY OPINION THIS IS A DOLLAR TREE QUALITY PRODUCT> BTW`---IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE (IT IS SILVER NOT GOLD AND IS MINISCURE (TINY) IN SIZE AND JUNK! I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE TREE THAT WOULD NOT LIGHT, LIKELY BECAUSE OF A FAULTY SWITCH THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR 30-DAY GUARANTEE FOR ANY REASON! AFTER CONTACTING THEM FIVE (5) TIMES SINCE DECEMBER 14, 2022< I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH A RESOLUTION. I HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR A RETURN SHIPMENT ADDRESS FOR THE DEFECRIVE PRODUCT. BEWARE!

Twinkling ornament trees

I ordered 2 Twinkling light trees I haven't received them yet and no responses from them at all. I'm beginning to think that I may not get those lamps. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my family.

Stay away

Terrible experience, I bought the tree and enchanted rose as I thought it looked beautiful on the advertisements. When I received the order the packaging was in terrible condition and the tree and rose look so cheap, nothing like on the photos and looks like they are from a dollar shop. It’s made out of plastic and foil. I could‘ve done a better job myself. It is worth maybe a couple of $, certainly not the amount I was charged, so overpriced. Negative experience as well trying to contact someone for a refund, there are no responses. Please stay away from this shop, it’s a scam.
