I got a call today at my job. That actually called my supervisor’s desk phone and left a message for me to call them back within 48 hours or they would commence making decisions on my behalf that will have negative consequences. I called and talked to Benjamin Rivers his direct phone number is 888-422-1407. He said it was for an online loan from fast cash in 2020. I have never had a loan with fast cash. He had my last 4 numbers to my social security number and my correct address. He said they would garnish my wages or seize my property ( house or car ) and take me to court. He wanted 12 monthly payments or $250. I was caught off guard and afraid that they could do that. Someone needs to stop them from doing this. I feel like this is a scam.

Was this a scam? Did they ever garnish your wages or anything? I am currently going thru the same thing but I don’t recall the credit card

Got a call from 833-416-1086 and then 833-297-7571 saying I owe a debt from 2019 from a payday site I payed it off back then she asked for proof I said it’s from 2019 and paid I don’t have any info anymore then she said I would get a court date and criminal charges filed so I said ok I don’t want scammed can you send me proof of the debt she said no they already have I asked what address she called out my parents address then I said what email and she gave me my dads email so to me it’s a scam

Victoria Green called and said that she has file in office and they were ready to offer a settlement to me. She was able to give me the last 4 of my SSN and some previous addresses I was associated with. Told me that I could settle outside of court at 60% of the original payday loan amount. She told me that the secretary would send me something to sign with the payment arrangement agreement and I would have to call her back to get the official sign off that it was paid in full and I was released from any further legal action. The email on the info was [email protected]. Po Box 918 Buffalo NY. When I asked for her contact info she said that the best number to call was her direct line of 877-636-7668 and I asked for the main number incase she wasn't available and she hesitated to give me another number but also gave me 888-603-0296.

they called me and had all my information. They said i owed on a credit card that i never had and if i didnt pay that they were going to freeze my bank accounts, put a lien on my vehicle and garnish my wages. After calling the credit card company to verify that i never had an account with them and researching anything i could find on turin and associates (which is nothing) i called them back, they got so mad at me. Someone has to stop people like this!

They sent me a text to call them regarding a credit card debt. When I did so, they would only tell me it was for a Mastercard ending in a four digit number I have no record of having. They threatened to take me to court if I requested more information as to where this credit card was from. The text came from (716) 526-7884 and the return phone number was (888) 603-0296. Without getting more information, I have no idea if this is a legitimate business, but I'm not giving them anything.

They emailed me saying I owed money on a credit card I never had. They even sent me a text message
