Recording was left on my line with my husband’s information from A Mr. Worthington. When I spoke to the person, they gave me a case number and said that there was a credit card opened up in his name in 2014 and payment stopped in 2019. The address they had was correct, but we did not live at that address during those years.
I’m assuming his information was obtained from one of the last breaches in a California government office

They had some one call me and say they where he processed server and that I needed to call their number to settle up before I got served yesterday by 1 o’clock, so I called the number they put me on hold three different times to get somebody some Cody called an attorney and that they said I had a visa card services a debt for $8847 that was in may 2010 to 2016 and they would only take 2500 right there they had everything my full name my last 4 of ss and my home address I told them I didn’t have the money and there is no way I could ever get that money so they called back about 2 hours later saying they could do 500 a month and that the first payment was do on the spot and a upset as I was I did it but the not even 24 hours later another set of people called me doing the same thing and I told them that’s funny I just got a call about a Visa card services less than 24 hours and they’re still threatening to sue me or serve me tomorrow Thursday July 24,25 so I don’t want to lose my home because that’s where my kids live and it hurts me to know people are doing this to people and there is no way to see if it’s true are not in tell it’s to late

I got a call today at my job. That actually called my supervisor’s desk phone and left a message for me to call them back within 48 hours or they would commence making decisions on my behalf that will have negative consequences. I called and talked to Benjamin Rivers his direct phone number is 888-422-1407. He said it was for an online loan from fast cash in 2020. I have never had a loan with fast cash. He had my last 4 numbers to my social security number and my correct address. He said they would garnish my wages or seize my property ( house or car ) and take me to court. He wanted 12 monthly payments or $250. I was caught off guard and afraid that they could do that. Someone needs to stop them from doing this. I feel like this is a scam.

Got a call from 833-416-1086 and then 833-297-7571 saying I owe a debt from 2019 from a payday site I payed it off back then she asked for proof I said it’s from 2019 and paid I don’t have any info anymore then she said I would get a court date and criminal charges filed so I said ok I don’t want scammed can you send me proof of the debt she said no they already have I asked what address she called out my parents address then I said what email and she gave me my dads email so to me it’s a scam

Victoria Green called and said that she has file in office and they were ready to offer a settlement to me. She was able to give me the last 4 of my SSN and some previous addresses I was associated with. Told me that I could settle outside of court at 60% of the original payday loan amount. She told me that the secretary would send me something to sign with the payment arrangement agreement and I would have to call her back to get the official sign off that it was paid in full and I was released from any further legal action. The email on the info was [email protected]. Po Box 918 Buffalo NY. When I asked for her contact info she said that the best number to call was her direct line of 877-636-7668 and I asked for the main number incase she wasn't available and she hesitated to give me another number but also gave me 888-603-0296.

they called me and had all my information. They said i owed on a credit card that i never had and if i didnt pay that they were going to freeze my bank accounts, put a lien on my vehicle and garnish my wages. After calling the credit card company to verify that i never had an account with them and researching anything i could find on turin and associates (which is nothing) i called them back, they got so mad at me. Someone has to stop people like this!

They sent me a text to call them regarding a credit card debt. When I did so, they would only tell me it was for a Mastercard ending in a four digit number I have no record of having. They threatened to take me to court if I requested more information as to where this credit card was from. The text came from (716) 526-7884 and the return phone number was (888) 603-0296. Without getting more information, I have no idea if this is a legitimate business, but I'm not giving them anything.
