Paid 44.98 through PayPal to Doan Anh Dung on 16 APR 2025. Ordered a pair of jeans that were advertised on YouTube. After a month - I contacted them through email since I hadn’t received them. They immediately sent me a tracking number. After tracking the jeans for a month they were « lost » at the post office. I contacted them again and they sent me another tracking number which was again lost at the post office. We are on the THIRD attempt to deliver. I have asked several times for a refund which is refused. Instead they’ve offered to send me a 20% refund or a 25% discount on my next order.
