They informed that I needed to do Identification verification prior to moving with next steps, after digging a little more found out that they are trying to steal people information, it was hard to get to see if it was legit or a scam since they're using application like Verif to get your information and all feels quite legit, until you do further digging.

They had me fill out job paperwork where I had put my SSN and I’m worried they’re gonna steal my identity. They tried to send me a check for me to deposit. I confirmed with the real business that this was a scam.
