Upon googling Alaska Air customer service phone number to book a flight the number on the Alaska site apparently was a fake site created by this business to scam people booking flights. They book the flight but also try charge outrageous other fees and don’t even book correctly. Upon contacting the actual airlines about the booking they couldn’t find the booking and told me that this business is not an authorized booking company associated with their booking partners. They have improper business phone numbers with no voicemail setup like it’s from a cell phone and they try and call you back stating they have to charge you more due to changes in the airline or flight. They also requested a photo copy of ID and credit card front and back which is a definite red flag , no Airline requests that via email. Thankfully my bank denied the charges because it recognized it as fraud otherwise these shady people would of royally screwed me over.
