I purchased a travel package through booksi.com. The travel package I purchased included 4 nights in Savannah Ga staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel. I called into Booksi to reserve my stay in Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort in Miami I spoke with a representative that told me none of the dates I selected were available. After being told my dates weren’t available I went to the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort site online which showed all of the dates I selected were available. The representative told me she could offer me those dates a a time share facility in Destin FL, I didn’t purchase a package in Destin, Fl at a time share facility I purchased 4 nights in Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort. I called in multiple times and spoke to multiple representative that all told me different stories. During my first discussion with Booksi I asked the representative what dates were available for the she told me that it does not show her the dates and I would have to call in every day to check for cancellations .. I finally agreed to the Destin location because the dates were available I told her to book those dates and after going through 30 mins waiting for her to book my stay she came back to the line and told me the dates weren’t available. I was so irritated I hung up. After hanging up I went to the online Booksi site to try to make my reservation myself. I entered the dates I wanted to go on my trip which it showed they were available so I made my reservation. After completing my reservation I received a message that to complete the booking I received a message that said I had to call into Booksi to complete the reservation. I called into Booksi to complete the reservation and was told by another rep the dates weren’t available even though on the site showed they were. This is a scam to get you to sit through a sales pitch for a time share.

They said they handle Expedia . I had a flight ticket for $1268.30 to travel that needed to be change . They said the fee was for 500. The fee was paid that was April 2,2024. For the last to days I have been trying to get a new ticket . Yesterday the man who call himself as Summy told me oh I founded you a ticket for 1480 how are you going to pay for it and I mention the credit. He told me I call you back. He didn’t call me back and I put the number in to inquire about it and it said it was a scammer number

I was fraudulently induced into purchasing a trip package from them October 24, 2023 after they reached out to me on Facebook. I then reached out to the company Booksi. aka Monster RG representatives advised that I would be able to cancel anytime if I wasn't able to use the trip or if I wasn't satisfied. The representative also advised I would be able to use the trip whenever was convenient for me, not when it was available for them. The representative said the Grand Oasis was for 6 days/5 nights at $299, no additional costs so I agreed. The representative then said for an additional $199 I could get 3 more trips anywhere in the US, Mexico and Caribbean. Well since I was told I could cancel at any time and if I wasn't satisfied for a refund I agreed. They took the $25 deposit 10/24/2023 and then the balance of $417.73 on 10/27/2023.

I called to find out why when I tried to schedule a trip I was told the hotel I purchased, Grand Oasis Cancun, wasn't available, but I could go to another hotel, that was less than desirable and during a time I was not able to travel. After going back and forth with Lorenzo, he then advised me that Monsterrg.com is where I would have to book, not Booksi, the company I originally spoke with and thought I was doing business with. Lorenzo then refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, put me on hold for 20 minutes after telling another representative that "I just want to go home" to continue to refuse to provide me with his supervisors information as well as legal departments contact information. I advised that what he was telling me was not what I was told by the representatives prior to purchase, because if I had known what he was telling me, I would NOT have purchased anything from them! I demanded a refund of my money to which he stated that they have a 30-day refund policy and I wouldn't get a dime. Problem with that is that all those disclosures must be made PRIOR to any purchase, they weren't! I have reached out to the representatives that conned me via email and am awaiting their call. I will be filing with the TX AG, Federal Trade Commission, SEC, BBB, and other state/federal agencies. Consumer Fraud, Deceptive Trade Practices and Fraudulent inducement are not acceptable.
