We called the tow company around 6:45pm, paid them over the phone, and they said they'd be there within the hour and that if we cancelled before they showed up, they'd keep 50-100% of the money. An hour later they called and said they'd just sent a driver and they'd be there in a hour, and that we needed to pay an extra $30 because we were under quoted. An hour later, now around 8:45 pm they called and said that the driver had to stop for gas. Around 9:20, they called and said that the driver had gotten in a wreck and that we could wait another 40 minutes or cancel.

We had the same situation. They charged us $450 for a tire and tow. They refused refund when they never showed up. Quickly realized it was a scam. They kept making excuses that their compressor broke and other things. They wanted an extra $100 for their inconvenience of driving. This all happened in Vail, Colorado on our vacation

This company is listed as a towing company. They charge in advance and then never show up, telling you there is a 100% cancelation fee. They keep telling you they are delayed. My husband waited almost 4 hours after initially being told 30-60 minutes and eventually had to call another company.

I was on I-695 and I had a flat . I googled Geico Road Side Assistance. A number pupped up. I called the number and asked" I you Gieco the said No , but we work with Gieco. You pay us upfront and then submit you invoice to Gieco for reimbursement . I said find, read my credit card number and was charged $327.71 (for a tire change). I waited for two hours, reached out to Gieco and I was told that company is not affiliated with Gieco.

David Satterfield is a predatory tower in this city that has escaped legal punishment by continuously altering the name of the company and disregarding orders not to tow. He has began towing rigs illegally from the parking lot here at my place of business to the tune of almost 10000.00 I contacted the detectives working this case who told me to report him to you. I manage a hotel where my guests should rest well knowing that their cars and trucks will not be the target of a man who lives above the law. Please find a way to take action against this individual.
