I hired Christopher Foster at Top Performance Contracting to rebuild my shop. The contract was for two floors, electric, and additional storage for $32,000. It included a metal roof as well as metal siding. I paid him above the required price of $32,000. Six months later the first floor is not even close to completion. He hardly showed up to work and had a poor work ethic creating poor quality in what little was done. I had requested receipts for materials multiple times and to this day he has failed to produce them. The materials he had sworn he had ordered were never delivered. Every time I placed any pressure for a schedule for him to come and do work I had received phone calls, texts, and facebook messages from Chris Foster with reasons as to why he could not do what was contracted and agreed upon.

He had originally quoted eight weeks for completion, yet six months later my shop is a mess and I am out $48,000.
