I found a product I was looking for via a Google search at a website toolcoco.com I made the purchase through the PayPal option on the website, I received an email from PayPal saying I authorized a $99.00 payment to Claire Fabre then another saying the payment amount changed to $112.00. I went to my PayPal account under my normal email and it showed no transactions. The email I received the conformation email is not attached to my Payal account. The address on their website is fake and if you try to email them it says There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
