We hired Troy to refurbish our pool. After he said our pool would be done in 21 days. He barely showed up, maybe 1 to 2 times a week. I told him after a whole month I was wishing it was sooner. He completely went off on me calling me names, saying he had no time for “you people”. This guy is a total racist as well as a scammer. Now we are stuck with a half done pool and no recourse. He was so unreasonable when we asked him what we did to upset him and how we can resolve it he again said “I have no desire to work with “people like you”. Our friend who is also Chinese was referred to him by someone and she found him to be rude and condescending to her. There is also strong evidence that he does drugs, due to his lack of showing up and his irrational irritability.
