went on website: theedgebeautybar.com on 3/10/25 and booked a service for future 3/24/25 and used my American Express. When I selected submit - the system booked two future appointments by mistake one for Sunday 3/24/25 and one for Monday 3/25/25 and charged me a fee for each booking totaling $82.66 - I immediately contacted their phone number ((704) 980-9111) on 11:09am EST; again at 11:49 am EST and then again at 12:06 pm EST to inform them of the error - I left voicemail each time I called. On 3/11/25 I called again at 1:05 pm EST. left a message Today, 3/12/25 I called 11:13 am EST, 5:51 PM EST (left voicemail I wish to cancel both services) I sent a text message on 3/12/25 at 11:34 am telling them of the issue with the double book and then texted again at 6:16 pm telling them I am very upset and don't wish to do business with them. I cannot get ahold of the merchant. unclear of the name of the business website says: The edge beauty bar and it used to be called the edge beauty bar lake Norman brows" and the email receipt of 2 bookings says "The edge beauty bar, best nano brows Charlotte"

this appears to be a scam and I don't want others falling victim!
