The Transfer Group, LLC claimed their employee, “Maraiah”, contacted me. This is false. I never spoke to “Maraiah”. “Maraiah” mischaracterized me. Due to this mischaracterization, The Transfer Group, LLC decided not to proceed with the timeshare cancellation process and refused to provide a refund.
