I was charged and never received my item. I filed a complaint through the website then was told that they don’t do email support. Only text. So I text them and did get responses initially. When it finally came time to refund the money (due to the other line saying the item was still being shipped. Delays due to covid) she said the refund would be processed. 10 days go by and no refund. No item. I text on March 7th about the item. No response. Text another two times on March 12th. No response. Called 10 times today. No answer. Text multiple time. No response. No refund. No item. The original delivery date was feb 14. The purchase date was feb 5th. The amount was for $62.95
