I made a purchase from this website back on 10/25/20 and received an email 11/13/20 that my order shipped. It is 03/24/2021 and I still have not received my product. I emailed the “company” in January 2021 and received a response advising that shipping takes 3-6 weeks, but when I emailed February 24 and March 22, I received no response. I even checked their website during those months and found that it was no longer available (Shop link on my purchase confirmation: https://peniitton.com/); However, when I go to the shop through the Shop app, a different website opens under the same name which is the one I’ve mentioned in this post.
