Purchase was made for mascara that i did not even order

I just noticed on my PayPal account there was a purchase for $45.91 and I did not authorize that purchase

Charge showed on my cc I didn't make

It showed " [email protected]" as the seller. Charge was $45.91 for some sort of mascara! It also said I would see : "PAYPAL *SENLANSHANG DIN" on my credit card! I received an e mail from : Heykomi confirming my order ! I don't know who any of these people/businesses are. When I emailed the ninjabeauty website about the charge not mine, all they responded was "your order was shipped!" Am just starting to fight. Next step is Paypal, but in my experience if there is a shipping/tracking number Paypal denies your case (happened to me twice). Also filed a dispute with my credit card! Too many charges showing up that I didn't make. Someone has my info it looks like.

I had the same issue with this scam company and I did open a dispute with PayPal and received a refund. The company keeps saying item shipped so I am hoping that PayPal doesn't change their mind because the problem is I never placed an order in the first place. Hopefully if enough people file disputes, PayPal will get the idea of the scam this company is running.

They finalized the order for 3 sets of lipsticks without me clicking on the confirm order tab. Charged me $72 for 3 sets of lipsticks plus shipping charges plus tax and sent only one set. Now not responding to my emails. The tracking number is showing the parcel has been delivered but how to prove to the Paypal that two sets of lipsticks are missing from the parcel

I had ordered some bras in early December. They took my payment and I NEVER received the product! I tried to call the phone number on this page, guess what, the phone number doesn't go to this company; it is a medical company!
I guess this is how some people earn a living, by scamming hard working people!

Still waiting for these FRAUDS to refund my money back

I just ordered bras from them about a week ago and they said the items were shipped and delivered. That's UNTRUE, I checked every tracking site ( ships from China through, https://yamasakifashion.com and TJ Media) which are Total SCAMS AND RIPOFFS! The tracking number they gave me comes up, Can't be found on EVERY TRACKING SITE. I contacted them Numerous times and all they say is, once I receive the items, I can send them back for a refund. LAUGHINGY [censored] OFF AT THAT, Because, the items were Never Shipped! Paypal has been contacted, One way or another, I will get my money back from these [censored]ing FRAUDS, AND RIPOFFS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE [censored]!

This email and numerous others were sent to you for an order I placed with Yamasaki fashion and all answers came from Ninja Beauty.

STILL WAITING FOR 2nd ORDER.
I placed 2 orders, 1 order was refunded as I requested because I had ordered the wrong size, I re-ordered the proper size the same day which was charged to my credit card and that one was not reimbursed. Please check what happened to the 2nd order.

Ordered black sandals, received yellow sandals. had to involve Paypal to get help. I was offered a refund to be paid AFTER I shipped the sandals to China at my own expense. I ordered lipsticks and they sent me eye shadows.Have emailed them several times but no response.There is no other way to contact them .I have just lost 40£ on this .Can anyone help .So disgusted...These poeple use Facebook as a platform to advertise and they disappear after a few days .They make as much money as they can, as their is no getting your money back once you have paid.

I ordered three pair of flip flops being advertised as Vionics. These werenot authentic! They came from China, & took well over a month! Sizes wrong, & basically junk. Still trying to recover my $73.88! Watch out for these people! The shoes are not sized like Vionics, & didn’t even come in a box! I also reported this to the Vionic’s company.

The advertisement was for 50% off makeup pallets marked down to $19.99 a piece, and buy two get one free. I was charged $40 for EACH pallet instead, for a total of $85.47. My payment was processed without approval of the total, and closed out of the screen I was working in. I considered that the order had not been placed since I never finalized my purchase, and then placed a second order. BIG MISTAKE. Both transactions were given the same tracking number. I have received the pallets for one transaction, but not both. THE PALLETS ARE COUNTERFEIT, and I am out 85.47 as PayPal continues to side with the seller on my disputes.
