Everyone is buying this products because it went viral on Instagram. All of the customers have the same complaints. No one is receiving their product. They promised to send it and never do. They initially charge about $12-$13 for the products. And then all of a sudden they lie and say you signed up for a membership which you never agreed to, and then they charge you $60 per month. They claimed they are backordered, but several different emails state that my product was already sent out. And other email say that they are back ordered and has not gone out yet. All of the customers are complaining about this online, but they delete all of our comments and try to get more people to buy a nonexistent Products

I order a product on March 12, 2025. I was charged $44.95. It took a very long time for me to receive the product. But when I received it, it was not the same product. Different brand and different product. I reached out to the company by message, and I never got a response. Later than month on March 24th, I was charged $29.99. I was charged again April 23rd, for $29.99. I was charged again May 20th, for $39.99. I called today, May 21st for a refund totaling $144.92. I explained that I did not receive a real product and that I was charged extra charges. After going back and forth with someone named Vicky, she said she spoke with her manager and the most she could do was 50% refund of the last charge. I did not accept this. I bought a product as a one time purchase. She explained that in small writing with that one-time product purchase, that I enroll in a membership. Which is the extra charges. I explained that is fraudulent and deceitful. I also did not receive a real product, that I purchased. And the membership has no value. I don't get additional products per month, just charged monthly for nothing, for a membership, I did not willfully join. She did cancel my membership, #C1115508. So I should not get any more fraudulent charges, but I do want a refund for not getting the correct product and the other fees. They also should not be able to continue business in this matter, it should be clearly labeled that someone is enrolling for a membership and that membership should have value. Also their product should be the same as advertised. This company should be shut down for fraudulent practices. They have been other complaints on Scam Pulse, with similar stories.

I made a purchase for 13.99 on April 19th. I never received that product, on April 29th my card was charged again for 39.99, my bank alerted fraud on my account, i declined the purchase because i did not make another purchase and did not sign up for any subscriptions. My card was cancelled and I was reissued another card. Fast forward to yesterday, May 18th, I was charged 39.99 again on my new card. I never gave them this cards info.. this is a little scary.. thankfully my banks fraud alerts are in place, but i am nervous to reach out to this company, considering they have card information that I never gave them..
