While on my Facebook page I scrolled through a list of products for sale. I choose a Portable spa for $20 USD. I received conformation on 5/19/2019. Contact [email protected] if I had any questions. I emailed them with no response. The site has the option to visit the store. A warning pops up when trying. My order number #9942. I have not received the product or a response.

I can forward a confirmation sent to me.

The name on my debit card purchase says: Plustecno Majadahon. The online store is Theelectricscooterstore. Sells popular items for rock bottom prices of only $20.00 per item. My purchase was for $60.00 for 3 items: Portable Coleman Pool, Hoverboard and a Super Scooter. I placed the order a month ago and waited for a shipping confirmation. Never received one. So I messaged the email address that was given: [email protected] and said I wanted a refund due the amount of time that it was taken to receive my items. I didnt receive an answer back.So I attempted a second email stating I wanted a refund and if not received in 7 business days I would take further action. Will here I am. Out $60 and needless to say boy am I steaming mad at myself for being so stupid! Please dont be fooled by these people! Today (5/31/19) the website says it is completely down because there is such a high demand and they are replenishing more items!
