Made a telephone appointment.
I spent 2 hours on listening to the compensation points and benefits the lady was my assigned counselor.
Which I thought was odd as never in 30 years have I had a counselor for my travel needs with their direct extension.
I listened and listened it sounded GREAT! until after 2 hours going back in forth from the counselor and manager until I asked how do you all make your money?
It sounded to good to be true. and it was.
Thank God I did not pay the $2900 annual fee or sign anything to give up my points for my timeshare.
Then I called back and got a man and he said he's not on the sales side with the company nor did he have any managers number I could call and just share my feelings of... wasting my time, not be transparent about annual fees, and not being a part of RCI.
totally disgusted with this experience.
