STAY AWAY! If you have an issue it will take alot of man hours to get it resolved. I spent 2 weeks emailing them due to the wrong color bottle that was delivered. FINALLY, I received one email after several attempt I've made through email and direct messaging. The email stated the whiskey is the same so it doesn't matter what color the bottle is. Please keep in mind the bottle of yamato was a statue looking bottle and the color has a great importance with the appeal.

I ordered dom Perignon for a gift. I asked if it came in a box and was told it did. It arrived and was not in a box. They have completely ignored me. I would never order from them again

In August, 2022, I ordered a gift of a special bottle of bourbon for delivery to my friend for his birthday. This is the first time I have used Bourbon Central, and it will be my last.
After three days of attempts to deliver the product (although it was communicated that there would be a five (5) day window to allow for this delivery), the product was automatically returned. This, after my friend even called UPS same day of the last attempt, and was told he was too late to pick up at the UPS facility.

When I called both UPS AND Bourbon Central customer service, they both pointed fingers at each other on whose fault it was that the package was returned. When I called Bourbon Central again regarding this issue, they notified me that I would have to pay $65.00 for them to re-deliver the bourbon, essentially passing on the return shipping charges from UPS to me (the customer) to re-order. This after I already had paid $32.61 in expedited delivery fees to have the bourbon delivered in the first place.

So, bottom line, I paid $112.99 for the bourbon plus $32.61 for a total of $145.60.
Bourbon Central only refunded me $79.36, passing the return charges through to me in the amount $66.24. If you add up these delivery charges , I ended up paying or being charged $98.85 in delivery charges alone! This, with the product NEVER BEING DELIVERED.

After multiple calls and promises someone would get back with me, they ended up just arbitrarily refunding the $79.36 over 6 weeks later, without explanation on the refund email. When I called to ask about this, they said there was nothing they could do.

DO NOT EVER USE BOURBON CENTRAL. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT REGARDS TO HANDLING ANY PROBLEMS OR MAKING SURE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED AS PROMISED. IF A PROBLEM DOES ARISE, THEY WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND SIMPLY PASS CHARGES TO FIX THE PROBLEM THROUGH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THEY'VE TOTALLY MISSED THE BOAT ON SERVICE. IT'S REALLY NOT THAT HARD!

I ordered a product (somewhat difficult to find bourbon) on their website. I received an email confirmation, but did not get a shipping notification, so after a week, I emailed to follow up. I was told that one of the products in the order was backordered, but would be available soon. Another week passed, and I followed up again, and the same thing again a few days later. Finally, I requested that they cancel the order, and they sent me a cancellation confirmation...but never refunded the money. It has been over a week, my bank tells me there is no pending refund. I tried calling the business, but got no answer. I emailed again, and they claimed they had issued a refund, and that there "must be a problem with my bank." There is not a problem with my bank. I am disputing the charge and have reported them to the FTC.
