I have used That's Great News on four occasions with tremendous results. Used the service of taking Newspaper articles about family members to build highly professional plaques and then sent them as gifts. Every family member was in awe of their work. Joe Manganiello produced both timely and high quality plaques as well as his great communication and collaboration throughout the review process made for an easy production. I will continue to use That's Great News for these types of items.

That's Great News produced three exceptional plaques for my orders and all were well received gifts. They communicate and collaborate superbly with their customers. I will use them again and recommend their services to friends and family alike.

As a restaurant operator with a celebrity Chef at the helm, we receive quite a lot of accolades in the media. We have been trying to get these mentions cut and framed for some time. Most local framing shops won't print and cut digital material, and those that will take months and charge insane prices.

That's Great News handles all that quickly and efficiently. They produce a high quality product, even including our logo at about half the price of local framers.

There is nothing "counterfeit" about this service as claimed in the above mentions. What mentions you have in publicly placed articles are open to display. They have just simplified the process, efficiently creating a high quality product for you to hang on your wall and enjoy. I highly recommend That's Great News.

Received plaqued article from Insurance News Net

Our company was featured in our local newspaper and we wanted a way to show it off and remember it for years to come. That's Great News did an awesome job of making these for us. Will order again when any more publications come out.
Great Company

I recently purchased a personalized plaque from That's Great News and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

The plaque itself is made of high quality materials and the personalization looks professional and neat. The customization options allowed me to create a plaque that was truly one-of-a-kind and exactly what I was looking for.

The customer service at That's Great News was also top-notch. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the process and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

I would highly recommend That's Great News for anyone in need of a personalized plaque.

I ordered a plaque from That's Great News a while back after receiving an award from GI Jobs Magazine, and it was such an easy process--from picking out the product, to ordering, to very quickly receiving my order. The plaque arrived in record time! Great experience with this company. Also, they were personable when I needed to ask some questions prior to ordering. Great company, and I would absolutely purchase from them again. I've read some reviews on this website (ScamPulse) that this company is a scam, but I am here to tell you that I ordered "Product A" with personalization, and I received "Product A" with the exact personalization I requested. That isn't a scam. It's business, and business done well. Does That's Great News scan websites for recent award winners to market to those winners to buy their products? Maybe, I don't know, and I don't care. That's creative marketing to me. The publication I received the award from didn't offer me a plaque, so kudos to this company for doing that. I am really happy with my purchase! By definition, a scam is when a company solicits your personal info, advertises a (fake) product to you, then takes your money but never sends you the product. That's not AT ALL what I experienced. Do I receive periodic emails from this company because I made a one-time purchase? Yes. Do billions of other companies also send these exact same emails? Also yes. This company is doing nothing different from other companies who are trying to gain more sales. If you don't care to read the auto-emails, just simply delete them. Truly, don't see what all the fuss here is about with saying it's a scam. I freely gave them my info to print/create a product for me, I gave them credit card info to purchase that product, and I received the exact product I purchased. It's 2022. If you don't want a company to have your info, don't buy anything from them, don't visit their website (hello, cookies), and/or use the company-provided unsubscribe options in ANY of the emails you receive from them.

Thanks, again, That's Great News! I am a happy customer!

They call our office almost daily. They constantly ask me for phone numbers or email addresses, which I refuse to give out private information. I have come to the point, as soon as they start saying their name, I grumble and hang up. Unbelievable what they do, and how they portray themselves. I feel sorry for the people that fall for their scheme.

That's Great News copies and uses the branding/identity of various businesses in email solicitations in order to deceive consumers. The emails are an attempt to sell plaques to consumers who have recently appeared in a news publication or magazine, or received an award that was publicized. In their solicitation, That's Great News includes an example of their plaque, which has the logo, content, and images of another business. This deceives the consumer into believing that the email originated from the actual publication or magazine that they had appeared in.

Aside from the obvious trademark and copyright infringements, That's Great News is falsely representing themselves as another company in order to obtain credit card numbers. When the email does not perform as expected, they resort to calling consumers over and over. A quick Google of That's Great News returns hundreds of complaints and legal actions, many on BBB.

As a publisher, I have received numerous complaints about this from our clients. Some have used their credit card to make a purchase, under the assumption that they were dealing with us. Others expressed their concerns and some have questioned our integrity because they concluded that we were selling their information to this outside source.

The email from That's Great News uses our company name in the subject field as well as in other parts of the email and copies content from our publication. It is easy to see how email recipients would draw the conclusion that the email was from us.

This practice has negatively impacted my business and I expect that if this deceptive practice continues, it will inevitably tarnish the reputation of my company, as well as others.
